Glass Staircase in Warrington

We have the pleasure of sharing this recently completed project with you, based in Warrington Cheshire. A full staircase renovation was required to bring new life into this white painted staircase. The customers’ goal was to make a feature of their staircase, as on first entering the property the staircase is the first thing you encounter. Their style of choice was to combine oak and glass to create a modern contemporary look. All the main staircase components were to be replaced with solid oak and all other exposed painted white parts of the staircase were to be overlayed with oak veneered board and finished with oak trims.

As you can imagine the customer was delighted with the finished job. Combining oak and glass is a great way to maximise any natural light you have available, in some cases we have found natural light can be quite limited on some landings, glass is the perfect solution.

Prior to the installation all stairparts were sealed with a durable maintenance free coating, this is proffesionally spray applied, it seals and protects the wood for years to come.
