A new staircase design was required to this family home in Timperley, Manchester. Updating from an old paint finish to a high quality woodgrain finish was required. A modern alternative to the dated spindles would complete the design.

Solid oak was the wood of choice used for the newel posts, rails and spindles, Oak being a superior hardwood, ensuring durability and style. The outer string part of the existing stair structure was overlayed in our pre-finished oak cladding. A contemporary spindle profile gave the design a modern twist.
