On the initial home visit it was clear that this dated staircase design was no longer suitable for this stunning contemporary home. The customer wanted to remove the old paneling and create a grand feature upon entering their home, also the extra light to be gained would make the space feel more spacious.

The customer’s choice of design was a stunning pre-finished oak and glass staircase. The under-stairs door and frame was to be replaced and also the installation of an oak bullnose feature step was required.

As soon as the staircase paneling was removed the space became instantly lighter.
