The customer’s initial thoughts was to create a lighter more modern space. Opting for a contemporary oak and glass staircase design would be the way forward when looking to maximise any available natural light.

Replacing the dark staircase spindles and newel posts with a lighter high quality wood such as oak would give a more contemporary feel and be in keeping with their new oak doors etc.

As well as replacing the main components to the staircase such as the posts, spindles and handrails etc the customer opted to apply oak veneers to the outer stair strings and around the wall strings.

The oak and glass staircase renovation took under 48hrs to complete.

Contemporary simple designs add a lighter feel to the space and achieved the look the customer required, transforming their home.

Pre-finished and maintenance free, there is no further finishing work to be completed by the customer.
